Our trip to Ireland was awesome. Sharon was absolutely the best to work with. It took a couple of tries, but she got us there. The first time, Melvin had a medical emergency and we had to cancel 3 days before we were to leave. Which Sharon took care of for us. She got us rescheduled for March. The weather was great. It was cold and it did not rain one drop on our heads. Which is a miracle in its self for Ireland. They say it rains 360 days a year. She booked our trip with CIE Tours. It was great. Our bus driver was our tour guide. His name was Pat. He was the best. Would we go again? Absolutely. Like I said, it was an awesome trip. Thank you Sharon.☺️

A Blast in Hawaii 2021 despite Covid

As always our travel agent (Sharon Millar) was wonderful. We’ve used her before, she’s knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and makes you feel as tho you are her #1 customer.
We went to the island of Oahu, stayed in Waikiki right on the beach at the Moana Surfrider Westin Resort. Nice Hotel, good customer service, right in the heart of Waikiki, so Nice views whether looking over the city or beach (always a site to see). Although Full services wasn’t open at the resort the concierge was helpful, everything you wanted or needed was easily accessible. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at several of the hotels in Waikiki and I can tell you I would stay at this one again. Great experience!!
Yes we still had to wear mask sanitize and they did contact tracing. I felt very safe!

We are so glad we used a professional Travel Agent! We are travelers. I have been many places, mostly on cruises, and always booked them myself. Lots of hours and research poured into each vacation, and each vacation was amazing. However, recently my son joined the Navy and wanted to tour Pearl Harbor for his graduation trip. On a whim, I tried a travel agent who was recommended by a friend, and I’ll admit I was reluctant. I thought, “who really needs a travel agent?” With the internet, I can do this all myself. Let me tell you, I was so WRONG. Miss Dani had me booked in a few days, everything easy as pie. The only regret I have is not using a travel agent all these years! I (like many people) was under the impression it cost a lot to use a travel agent. Truth is she got me BETTER rates than I found myself. I have fallen in love with my travel agent!!!! My only advice to everyone is call them!!! It costs NOTHING to reach out and begin the process…and they make it so easy. Thank you Ultimate Hawaii Vacations, and special thanks to miss Dani. She had a great honeymoon

Everything was great EXCEPT the pink hotel, Royal Hawaiian in Oahu was terrible. My daughter said it was not worth the money and that the staff was very rude. I thought I would let you know since this was the most expensive resort we stayed at. I know this was my daughter’s dream hotel and the one she wanted and selected. She was very disappointed. The places that you recommended, the Hyatt Resorts, were the best and the staff very friendly. Thank you so much for everything. She had a great honeymoon.

A great Vacation at Prince Waikiki

Thank you very much to Sharon for recommending and organizing our stay in O’ahu. Our stay at Prince Waikiki was just great. Highly recommendable. We really hope to come back to Hawaii again some day. Only a few, minor comments. We arrived quite late in the evening due to delayed transfer from the airport – Speedy Shuttles were unfortunately not that speedy! – and it was not possible to get dinner at the hotel after 09.30. The safety deposit box in the room was placed to close to the floor – very impractical. Apart from that we had such a wonderful and memorable vacation. We will definitely recommend Ultimate All-inclusive Travel Service to everyone and hope to make use of their services again.
