We had a great time on our Hawaii Vacation at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach. It has been over 25 years for most of our group since our last time in Hawaii. Lots of changes. Lots! Ultimate Travel was a great way to go. With the exception of the small glitch in our dinner cruise excursion (which was refunded, thank you) the vacation went according to schedule and without a hitch. First class treatment. Dani was awesome. We told her what we wanted and she provided the best service. The Kiahuna Plantation Resort Kauai by Outrigger was beautiful. No air-conditioning but with the trade winds and openness of the resort, it was comfortable. The staff were so friendly and they provided all necessities to make our stay comfortable. Everything was great EXCEPT the pink hotel, Royal Hawaiian in Oahu was terrible. My daughter said it was not worth the money and that the staff was very rude. I thought I would let you know since this was the most expensive resort we stayed at. I know this was my daughter’s dream hotel and the one she wanted and selected. She was very disappointed. The places that you recommended, the Hyatt Resorts, were the best and the staff very friendly. Thank you so much for everything. She had a great honeymoon.
