We are so glad we used a professional Travel Agent! We are travelers. I have been many places, mostly on cruises, and always booked them myself. Lots of hours and research poured into each vacation, and each vacation was amazing. However, recently my son joined the Navy and wanted to tour Pearl Harbor for his graduation trip. On a whim, I tried a travel agent who was recommended by a friend, and I’ll admit I was reluctant. I thought, “who really needs a travel agent?” With the internet, I can do this all myself. Let me tell you, I was so WRONG. Miss Dani had me booked in a few days, everything easy as pie. The only regret I have is not using a travel agent all these years! I (like many people) was under the impression it cost a lot to use a travel agent. Truth is she got me BETTER rates than I found myself. I have fallen in love with my travel agent!!!! My only advice to everyone is call them!!! It costs NOTHING to reach out and begin the process…and they make it so easy. Thank you Ultimate Hawaii Vacations, and special thanks to miss Dani. You’ve already made my son’s Hawaii getaway special!!!

She had a great honeymoon

Everything was great EXCEPT the pink hotel, Royal Hawaiian in Oahu was terrible. My daughter said it was not worth the money and that the staff was very rude. I thought I would let you know since this was the most expensive resort we stayed at. I know this was my daughter’s dream hotel and the one she wanted and selected. She was very disappointed. The places that you recommended, the Hyatt Resorts, were the best and the staff very friendly. Thank you so much for everything. She had a great honeymoon.

Ultimate Travel agent Sharon has been amazing! Me and my husband-to-be booked a trip to Maui to get married. Hurricane Lane came unannounced and was scheduled to arrived at the same time as our scheduled trip. Sharon kept me at ease by answering all of my many phone calls and questions. She was able to rearrange my flight and hotel stay at no extra cost. My husband and I did things a little backwards. I didn’t start planning our honeymoon until we had already been married for a month in June, and we didn’t have the slightest idea where we wanted to go. I had never used a travel agent before, but I found Cheryl through my search and within an hour, already had a response from her! I knew then, she was going to be great to work with. She was extremely helpful, and thought of everything before I even had to ask. She planned our entire honeymoon for us and researched to find us the best bang for our buck. Our trip exceeded my expectations!! I could not have imagined it being any more perfect than it was!

So wonderful and memorable!

Thanks for helping to make my Hawaiian vacation so wonderful and memorable. As a solo traveler, it can be difficult to plan for everything, and Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel made my 2-island trip effortless. From my airline reservations (including the seats I wanted), to airport transfers, rental car, and booking the most luxurious hotels on each island, I didn’t have to worry at all—just enjoyed the journey. There was also a lovely fruit plate waiting for me at my first stop, which was a wonderful touch. I will definitely use Ultimate again for my next trip (which will definitely be soon)!

A great Vacation at Prince Waikiki

Thank you very much to Sharon for recommending and organizing our stay in O’ahu. Our stay at Prince Waikiki was just great. Highly recommendable. We really hope to come back to Hawaii again some day. Only a few, minor comments. We arrived quite late in the evening due to delayed transfer from the airport – Speedy Shuttles were unfortunately not that speedy! – and it was not possible to get dinner at the hotel after 09.30. The safety deposit box in the room was placed to close to the floor – very impractical. Apart from that we had such a wonderful and memorable vacation. We will definitely recommend Ultimate All-inclusive Travel Service to everyone and hope to make use of their services again.

Perfect Hawaiian trip in spite of COVID

What a perfect trip it was to Hawaii, even with all the COVID nonsense going on. I can not say enough about Sharon, who helped us navigate all the craziness and made sure everything was perfect!!! Ultimate Travel was a great way to go

We had a great time on our Hawaii Vacation at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach. It has been over 25 years for most of our group since our last time in Hawaii. Lots of changes. Lots! Ultimate Travel was a great way to go. With the exception of the small glitch in our dinner cruise excursion (which was refunded, thank you) the vacation went according to schedule and without a hitch. First class treatment. A Blast in Hawaii 2021 despite Covid

As always our travel agent (Sharon Millar) was wonderful. We’ve used her before, she’s knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and makes you feel as tho you are her #1 customer.
We went to the island of Oahu, stayed in Waikiki right on the beach at the Moana Surfrider Westin Resort. Nice Hotel, good customer service, right in the heart of Waikiki, so Nice views whether looking over the city or beach (always a site to see). Although Full services wasn’t open at the resort the concierge was helpful, everything you wanted or needed was easily accessible. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at several of the hotels in Waikiki and I can tell you I would stay at this one again. Great experience!!
Yes we still had to wear mask sanitize and they did contact tracing. I felt very safe!
